Return policy update
Cacatoès does not accept exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can request a refund or a voucher.
After receipt and verification of the contents of your package, the refund or the voucher will be processed and send within 7 days.
Please note: You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a refund. As a reminder, and as specified in our General Terms and Conditions, returns are at the customer's expense (shipping and associated taxes).
Past this time, returns will not be accepted
How to return your items
- First of all, please log in to your personal space.
- Go to the "Order History" section
- Tick the box(es) corresponding to the products you wish to return.
- Select a reason and specify the reason for the return.
- Our teams will then process your request and validate the return.
- You will then receive an email confirming the change of order status to "awaiting delivery" and a returns slip (remember to check your spam).
After the confirmation email
- On the returns slip, specify whether you would like a refund or a voucher.
- Attach the returns slip to your parcel and send it to the following address:
