How to exchange my item ?

1 - Fill the return form out. Please include your order number : RETURN FORM
2 - Please wait for a confirmation from our customer service
3 - Send us your parcel back ( items must be returned in neat condition and in their original packaging )
4 - Once we received your returned items, we will process with the exchange and keep you informed
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to send this form out

You can purchase Cacatoès sandals in over 500 stores in France and internationally.

Tracking my shipment ?

Your order will be processed and shipped on the following working day 
Delivery time with Colissimo : please refer to the delivery methods page for info on delivery times in your country 
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped 
Warning : Processing times may extend in the high season (June, July, August )


Which size to choose ?

Brazilian sizing is different to European sizing
